Responsibilities:
- Preparation of marketing materials on various platforms
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, product launches
- Assist to provide copywriting, content, proof-reading, and design ideation for all marketing collaterals (e.g. posters, website content, instore displays, point of sale material, packaging material, social media content etc.)
- Assist in content creation, management and community engagement of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) for brand
- Build and update electronic direct mailers (EDMs) for all product launches and customer engagement
- Assist in event coordination and influencer management e.g. media tastings, KOL workshops
- Assist to source and maintain all props, creative materials, and accessories for display, as well as inventory management
- Assist in setting up of visual display at the stores, roadshows and events
- Assist in market research for marketing collaborations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or degree in related field looking for summer internship.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for tea and an interest in the beverage industry is a plus.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
