Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager with daily outlet operations.
- Attend to guest needs and recommend promotional items.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Report any operational issues to the Manager.
- Maintain the outlet's upkeep and cleanliness.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Provide feedback and manage staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Energetic and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Service and results-oriented with good teamwork abilities.
