Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance for all company’s properties (Commercial, Industrial, and Residential).
- Manage minor A&A works M&E/facility-related repair and replacement works.
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment such as HVAC, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment.
- Assist with the management of security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others.
- Manage the company’s property portfolio.
- Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
- Able to interpret electrical diagrams
- Familiar with BMSMA and related laws
- Manage fit-out / reinstatement / A&A works
