Job Scope:
*Attending to customers' enquiries via phone/emails/walk-ins
*Arranging for interviews between employers and helpers
*Providing professional advice to employers to ensure a good match between employer's requirements and helper's profile/experience
*Providing excellent aftersales follow up service/ counselling services
*To ensure strict compliance with MOM's regulations and to perform EA duties with utmost integrity
*To perform administrative duties required for proper file-keeping
Requirements:
* Diploma and above. O Levels with good working experience are welcome too
* CEI (Basic) certificate will be advantageous
*Bilingual with strong communication skills
*Those with good customer service experience but no CEI cert yet are welcome to apply too
