Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support all operational quality-related activities, including review of project quality, safety and security requirements, ISO9001, 45001, 27001 certification, materials, method statements, inspection and test plans
- Conduct projects' internal quality audit inspection
- Collect quality data and documentation for trends and root cause analysis for process improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in deliverables
- Investigate project & service quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Oversee continuous improvement projects
- Identify key KPIs for project quality
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree in Software, Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 years of experiences as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Knowledge in IOT, SCADA, OT-Cyber Security & Software, Integrated Security Management System, Smart Building Management System, Industrial Networking Solutions for Power, Water, Oil & Gas and Building industries would be an added advantage
- Familiar with QA tools and processes
