Salary: Up to $4800
Location: 8 Jalan Kilang Barat (6 bus stop from commonwealth MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Job Summary:
The Event & Registration Manager is self-motivated and works on simultaneous projects with the event management team on the overall development, planning, execution and delivery of activations and projects such as events, exhibitions, conferences, creative insights, production and digital broadcasts. Required to manage work with the project team on daily operations and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement registration, accommodation, flights and transportation related strategies from pre- to post-event.
- Implement test plans for website and applications for a better user experience, and identify and propose solutions for possible flaws.
- Curate content for use in eDMs or social media copies for event marketing purpose.
- Generate high-efficiency report templates which suit the needs of each stakeholder.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling registration platforms and applications.
- Plan and allocate resources for pre-event, onsite execution and post-event, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage and negotiate contracts for third-party vendors, including but not limiting to registration platform, supplies, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Assist in all facets of hospitality requirements for event VIPs and key stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the MICE industry or related experience.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have the capacity to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Google Suite applications.
