Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing such as bioburden and endotoxin tests of in-process, drug product, raw materials water and rinse samples
- Perform compendial testing for TOC, conductivity and nitrates of water, cleaning validation (rinse) and steam condensate samples
- Perform growth promotion test of incoming growth media
- Perform microbial identification of microbial isolates detected from samples
- Execute method qualification and/or method verification of microbiological test methods
- Handles SAP and/or gLIMS data such as result entry and change in location
- Review laboratory data sheets
- Prepare and write utility and environmental monitoring trend reports
- Perform storage, management and shipment of microbiological samples
- Perform laboratory equipment qualification
- Track and execute individual training requirements on time to be able to perform testing activities
- Ensure all activities in compliance with cGxP, incl. data integrity
- Comply with all HSE guidelines
- Detect and report potential accident, risks and propose solutions
- Responsible for participating in initial training and retraining
About You:
- Preferred: Previous experience working in a laboratory environment in the pharmaceutical industry (quality assurance, production), aseptic technique; microbiological analysis.
- Previous experience in laboratory equipment qualification
- Good understanding of aseptic techniques
- Collaboration; result-oriented; self-motivated
- Basic Microsoft office software applications
- Has completed apprenticeship as a laboratory assistant or equivalent training
Duration : 12 months. Option to extend/convert subject to performance review.
