Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and oversee all activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
2. Maintained accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
3. Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
4. Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
6. Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
7. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
8. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
9. Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the warehouse, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
10. Prepare and generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics.
11. Uses warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) software.
12. Follows all company policies and procedures.

8. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
Required Qualifications
1. Must possess at least High school diploma
2. Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar role.
3. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
4. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting.
6. Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
7. Must be flexible and able to work during our peak times, including weekends or evenings and public holidays.
8. Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
9.Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
9. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
