Responsibilities:
• Manage and file full set of company's administration.
• Prepare all invoices, payment vouchers and accounts receivables (AR).
• Monitor contracts and invoices for payments and follow up with respective clients/ suppliers for further actions.
• Ensure all supporting receipts and relevant documents are recorded and filed.
• Inventory Management – tagging, verification, stocktaking and stock keeping.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of stock availability.
• Ensure accurate and timely month end closing of accounts.
• Website management & handling E-Commerce.
• Social media platform management.
• Prepare and ensure prompt submission of reports and tasks to manager.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• O-Level and above or with experience
• Minimum 1 year's experience in similar capacity
• Experienced with accounting software (Eg: Quickbooks)
• Basic Microsoft (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint) knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, resourceful and committed to grow with company
• Able to work independantly
• Results and people oriented
• Mature & positive
• Meticulous and able to work independantly
