Responsibilities:
1. Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries
2. Replenish stock and conduct stock take
3. Check price updates and ensure accurate promotion/pricing signage at each display
4. Assist with post-sales support; product returns/exchange, refunds and etc.
5. Pick, process and pack all e-commerce self-collect orders
6. Liaise with various internal departments such as warehouse, marketing and retail for any operational issues.
7. Assist chef during cooking/baking class and housekeeping of the Studio after the class.
8. Housekeeping of shop floor
9. Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Able to work retail hours on weekend, and public holiday
2. Prefer retail experience in related field
3. Energetic and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
4. Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
5. Customer service oriented
6. Possess ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level certificate
