Job Description
- Liaise with the Project Manager to develop scope on architectural related matters and overall planning of architectural works.
- Manage a team of Architecture Coordinators on the Design and Coordination works.
- Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators including for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings.
- Managing design consultants’ required responses during construction administration phase
- Attending weekly client / consultants’ meetings
- Providing design and technical support / resolution to site queries / issues over the duration of Construction, as and when required
- Liaise with the Authority, Designer and Consultants.
- Other ad-hoc duties may assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB
- At least 8 years’ experience in the field of architecture.
- Possess Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will have an added advantage
- Good knowledge in various projects and contract forms, e.g. SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC, etc., and local statutory codes with authority submission /application procedures
- Fluent in spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Bluebeam, and Revit
- Good organization, coordination and leadership skills – ability to coordinate groups of Archi Coordinators.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
- Meticulous, eye for details and a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task in an efficient and effective manner.
