This exciting role offers opportunity to:
· Highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to oversee cooling system aftersales maintenance services in the East Asia Region.
· Ensuring successful installation, technical support, and ongoing maintenance of DC cooling systems in the data centers.
· Ensuring adherence to project timelines, testing and commissioning and quality standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including factory engineering and project management, ensure seamless execution of installation projects.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance during the installation process, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
· Support EA Regional Lead for any ad-hoc Service documentation and administrative on emergency support case
· Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquries and support related to DC cooling systems in EA Region, respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective troubleshooting assistance, either remotely or on-site as necessary.
· Conduct regular site visit and inspections to assess the conditions of cooling systems with the local PQ service team, and identified any potential maintenance needs or improvements.

Requirement
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the data center or power management industry.
· Proven expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DC cooling systems, including chillers, CRAC units, Fanwall, Liquid Cooling and HVAC systems.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams across different regions.
· Willingness to travel frequently within the EA region as needed for project installations and customer support. Possess class 3 driving license
