Responsibilities:
- Perform system (hardware and software) configuration, initialization, activation, troubleshooting and restoration.
- Conduct basic training to operators and customers’ technicians.
- Supervise and manage site installation.
- Perform system diagnostic and fault recovery.
- Provide routine and on-demand system services and repair.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in system installation, troubleshooting or maintenance in a similar field.
- Working knowledge of AV, computer networking and/or electrical system will be valuable.
- Eager learner and hardworking.
- Strong knowledge in PC system configuration and networking will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Candidates with own transportation will be preferred.
- Able to carry out weekend duties when required.
