- Monday to Friday: 7.50am to 4.55pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor with daily warehouse and logistics operations, including managing material handlers and drivers.
- Plan, deliver, and conduct training for new team members.
- Oversee daily delivery and collection schedules, as well as manage monthly and weekend overtime arrangements for staff.
- Support incoming goods procedures, including inspection, goods receipt (GR), inventory system updates, and barcode creation and issuance.
- Assist with outgoing packing procedures, including acknowledgment, scanning, and generating delivery orders (DO) and packing lists.
- Update and retrieve stock inventory data from the SAP system, generate weekly inventory reports, and perform basic reconciliation tasks.
- To support as back-up driver
Additional Information:
- Preferably experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics
- Proficient in MS Office & SAP
- Preferably with class 3 driving license
