Boba Tea Barista (Permanent Part-time)
Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and efficiently handles their orders
- Prepare high quality tea-based beverages accordingly to our recipes tuned to customer preferences
- Assist customers in recommendations and choices of tea-based beverages if required
- Inform customers of any dietary restrictions and allergens, if any
- Orders to be processed accurately with payments
- Follow the standard operational procedures & policies
- Daily hygiene & sanitation maintenance
- Handle incoming tea deliveries, inventory and report any quality and other issues
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle customer feedbacks and inquiries promptly in a professional manner.
Job Requirements
- 5 days work week (between mon-sunday), daily 4hours per shift
- Work location: Town area
- OT paid for hours after standard working hours
- Friendly & bubble personality
- Preferably have a minimum 1 year experience in F&B with good knowledge of making bubble and fusion teas
- WSQ Basic hygiene certification required *IMPORTANT
