SWIMWERKS is expanding! We're scouting for talented individuals to join our growing team, specializing in lifeguard manpower contracting services.


SWIMWERKS IS LOOKING FOR a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively handle HR operations while fostering a positive work environment contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of employee onboarding, including induction, training schedules, and orientation
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and documentation accurately
  • Foster a positive work environment, Implement and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and investigations
  • Development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence
  • Support & track performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvement for the department
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals
  • Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in the interview process and follow up with candidates
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees
  • Track training attendance and feedback
  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for management
  • Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • People oriented, career & results driven
  • Preferbly a demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Possess active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships of the company
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
