Job Description
- First point of contact with prospects and customers
- Engage and nurture prospects towards sales
- Partner with retail sales teams in achieving customer service and sales target
- Screen for qualified leads via facebook, leading to appointment fixing
- Sustain interests with the aim to escalate leads from warm to hot
- To deliver personalized and timely service over various communication channels, ensuring customer's queries are answered professionally in an effective and efficient manner
- Perform up-sell, cross-sell of products and services as well as promotions to customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries and relevant details
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Relevant 1 year of working experience with proven record in converting warm to hot leads via digital space
- Digital savvy with customer-centric mindset and attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
