Responsibilities:
- Create jobs promptly in the system.
- Order parts on time and ensure accurate tracking.
- Facilitate smooth daily operations, minimizing turnaround time for customers and drivers.
- Respond swiftly to vehicle breakdowns.
- Oversee and maintain the fleet, including servicing and inspection schedules.
- Collaborate with the manager to identify and implement enhancements for daily operations and productivity.
- Report any discrepancies, non-compliance, accidents, or customer escalations to the manager.
- Arrange for vehicles to undergo test drives and inspections as needed.
- Account for, label, and store parts received in the workshop.
- Ensure the availability, integrity, and functionality of procedural flow.
- Assist the manager with additional tasks and assignments as needed.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with all company rules and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- NiTEC or Diploma in any field
- Class 3 and 4 license is required
- More than 5 years of working experience in customer service or coordination work
