Contract Period:
- Duration: 16 September 2024 to 15 September 2025
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Note: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
1. Teaching and Learning:
- Implement and deliver a comprehensive EdTech curriculum, including Maker activities, for students from Primary 1 to 6.
- Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
- Facilitate learning that allows students to achieve their individual potential through EdTech experiences, including training and preparing selected students for competitions.
- Align with the school’s goals to provide holistic development opportunities for students.
2. Planning:
- Assist in developing appropriate schemes of work for EdTech and Maker activities.
- Develop teaching resources, assessment policies, and strategies for the EdTech curriculum.
- Contribute to the EdTech development plan and its implementation within the school’s ICT Department.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in department documentation and practices.
- Collaborate with the ICT technical team to ensure ICT equipment is functional and suitable for teaching and learning.
3. General Duties:
- Support EdTech-related teaching and learning activities for students.
- Stay updated on the latest EdTech and ICT skills relevant to the role.
- Assist the ICT team in operational matters.
4.Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Full awareness of current EdTech issues in schools.
- Proficient in using EdTech tools and applications.
- Basic programming knowledge.

6.Registration Requirements:
- Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and remain registered throughout the contract period.
7.Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma, preferably in an Information Technology-related discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience as an ICT trainer.
- Basic software programming skills are essential.
