Job Description
- Liaison and coordinate between customers, factory, ICS.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues.
- Issuance of shipping certificates.
- Preparing outbound documents, eg: invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Original, insurance policy, Certificate
- Negotiation of LC bank documentation, prepares and checks all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply, maintains documentation related to shipping activities.
- Filing, scanning of documents.
- to perform repetitive tasks.
- needs to be detail oriented and accurate in the provision of information shipping systems.
- Handling general administrative support duties for departments.
Requirement
Experience in SAP, Oracle system preferred
- Knowledge in PO, SO, DO, invoicing, PFI, Invoice, preparation of L/C
- Minimum O level / Business study or Logistics
- IT savvy
- Min 1 to 2 years’ experience.
- Able to start work within short notice/immediately
