This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support our growing list of verified businesses in Singapore for the Travel Retail & Events industries. Duties may include responsibilities typical in Travel Retail and Events Industries.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have a neat and presentable appearance, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Ushering
Assist customers by providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth flow of foot traffic within the store.
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly, address their inquiries, and provide assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
Events management
Help with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events, displays, and daily operations.
Cashiering
Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide receipts to customers.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, restocking shelves, and maintaining an organised inventory.
Other information
Initial Training
Gig Associates may receive training on their first Gig with any business.
Flexible Scheduling
Gig Associates can choose the shifts that they want. There is no requirement of any minimum number of shifts.
Punctuality
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and be prepared to start work promptly.
Pay
Hourly wage which will be disclosed during the shift selection process.
Qualifications
Language Must be able to converse in English, other languages a plus.
Physically Fit Must be able to carry out the tasks on selected shifts.
Customer-Focused Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Adaptable Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
