Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
- Ensured that the production meet health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the company.
- Work with staff in areas of cleaning kitchen equipment and preventing damage and injury.
- Work with the cntral kitchen staff to ensure that central kitchen runs effectively, and have to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Monitor equipments quality and make sure the the equipments are runing in good conditions.
