Responsibilities:
- Maintain Quality Management System and conduct internal audits
- Handle customer and supplier quality issues, including non-conformances and 8D reports
- Respond promptly to customer quality inquiries and complaints
- Generate monthly quality reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Engineering disciplines.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / semiconductor environment
- Proficient in quality management tools and software
- Self-driven and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
