Admin Assistant (Part Time)
Job description
- Help with visa applications (worldwide).
- Responsible for booking flights and hotels for clients.
- Assistance with itinerary planning.
- Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to our agency consultants.
- Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends would be an advantage.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
