- IT Business Analyst Manager, to manage the Functional Delivery of Supply chain financing systems (eBanking and BackOffice) globally.
- As Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain Financing domain to deliver efficient and innovative solutions for global IT platform stability, business growth and operational efficiency.
- To work with GLOBAL Product Managers, Operations, Finance, Client Implementation, and other IT systems (Internal) and external (Vendor) stakeholders from all the regions (APAC/EMEA/AMER) on the requirements gathering and to deliver end to end impact analysis and functional solutions for the platform enhancements as well as for production issues.
Primary Role Responsibilities
· Ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined:
- By performing systematic business analysis,
- By validating business requirements to align with business/operations needs as well as IT architecture and security standards.
- By designing functional solutions & user workflows and documenting Functional Specifications.
- By conducting walkthrough sessions on requirement and proposed solutions to all stakeholders and get it reviewed and signoff.
· Ensure the Functional solution provided for all the business requirements are the best possible in terms of user experience, easy to maintain/enrich in future and sca
· Ensure the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well defined:
· Ensure to follow up all the projects in the IT roadmap set by management are as per the schedule and access risk/issues to highlight to management accordingly. And propose the possible solution options to address such situations.
· Ensure the Functional delivery team’s deliverables Business Requirements, Functional solution, SIT/NRT test scenarios/ test cases, release notes and user guides are always as per the standards set.
· Ensure the business analysts and the testers always follow the guidelines while performing the below tasks responsible by functional delivery team:
- To develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach. To guide testing team in writing test scenarios/cases and review to get signoff from stakeholders. To rationalize test cases when needed to match with available team bandwidth and target timeline.
- To validate SIT test results produced by testing team to signoff.
- To assist users in planning/executing UAT, analyzing defects, and defining defects priority for fix delivery by development team.
- Documenting/reviewing user manuals and release notes.
- Assist in providing tactical/strategic solutions for new client requirements.
- Assist in the conversion/migration exercise where necessary.
- For production defects, perform functional analysis and propose solutions.
- Ensure Bank compliance policies and CIB ITO APAC standards/practices are strictly followed.
· To review the custom solutions proposed to the existing clients / to onboard new clients and ensure the solution provided are the best possible for the given scenario and follow the basics of IT standards. For the gaps that requires system enhancements, propose to the Business stakeholders to plan for the system enhancements.
· To review the NAC & TAC proposals from business from IT and OPS perspective and provide the feedback to the IT management.
· To regularly review the problem tickets that require functional solution with production support(L3) and ensure the solutions provided does not impact the existing functions and adheres to the standards set for functional delivery.
Skills Set:
- Good functional experience in Supply chain/Trade Finance/Electronic invoicing applications.
- Expertise in industry standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations
- Must have knowledge to Connexis Supply Chain, ATLAS2, Accounting Schemes, Kondor+ and the Bank’s internal Payments hub and reporting systems.
- Good exposure on the Third-party FinTech’s’ integration like Prime revenue, C2FO, Taulia, Liquidx.
