Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Consultant to
join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of
experience in software consulting, with a strong understanding of software
development and implementation processes. As a Junior Software Consultant,
you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements,
provide solutions, and support the deployment and integration of software
applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Assist in software deployment, configuration, and customization based
on client needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related
issues.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including
requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Conduct software training sessions and workshops for end-users.
Prepare documentation, reports, and user guides for software
applications.
Work with senior consultants and developers to deliver high-quality
solutions within the project timeline.
Stay updated with the latest software tools, technologies, and industry
trends.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
2-4 years of experience in software consulting or a related role.
Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies,
and tools.
Experience with software implementation, configuration, and support.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a
plus.
Good understanding of database management systems (SQL, Oracle,
etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in specific industry domains like finance, healthcare, or
retail.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise software
solutions (ERP, CRM).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
