Job Description
· Management of the Company procurement software
· Processing of day to day PO/DO/WO/PI and follow-up on delivery status
· Perform sourcing of materials, comparison and review on quality and specification
· Negotiation and review of vendors’ costing, terms and conditions and quotation
· Management, update and review of the Company Store and Store Inventory
· Update foreign workers' permit and passport
· Tabulation and update foreign workers' time cards
· Monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment/machinery (eg. Scissor lift)
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum 'O' level, ITE in office skill or Diploma in any field.
. Ideal candidates with a qualification in electrical will hold an advantage.
. Candidates with electrical background will be an advantage.
· Minimum 2 year's work experience
· Strong administrative and organization skills, able to multi-task
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
. Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
and stress.
· Strong oral and written communication skills in English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently
