Job Description:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Ensure effective control of resources in providing quality / cost efficiency and on time delivery service for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Represent industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales within the precision manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects of precision engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Working knowledge of high-level communication protocols and troubleshooting skill
- Independent and good team player
