Admin/accounting roles
Job Responsibilities :
1) Daily accounting functions (AP / AR)
2) Bank reconciliation
3) Maintain proper book keeping
4) Process monthly payroll
5) Check and maintain stock count
6) Liaise with JJH Group of Company
7) Apply worker permit/license and etc
Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year experience in admin/accounting roles
2) Minimum Higher Nitec and above
3) Proficient in English
4) Mature and able to work independently
5) Able to meet reports deadline
6) Full time (9 - 6pm or 10 - 7pm)
Job Requirements
Independent, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, well-organized, good people & time management skills, strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
Able to commence on short notice
