We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to creating engaging visual content that supports our educational programs and materials.
Job Purpose
Responsible for developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate educational content and concepts. Work closely with marketing team to create graphics for a range of materials, including digital and print formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Develop and design branding materials and marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
2. Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with with the team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs that meet project goals.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.
3. Brand & Consistency
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Develop and implement design standards and best practices.
4. Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates for efficient use.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to produce high-quality, visually engaging designs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on design consistency and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
