Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Technical Officer and Engineer to manage the contractors in day-to-day operations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance programme, routine inspection of mechanical and electrical installations.
- Attend to tenants complaints, carry out investigation, and repair work.
- Check and supervise contractors works.
- Record plants operating conditions, utilities meters consumption
- Documentation of breakdown and repair works
- Monitor spare part inventory and usage
Requirements:
- Min Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Services
- 2 years of experience in service, maintenance, and repair work
- Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
