We are a looking for a BMS Commissioning Engineer to make an impact! In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of engineering packages that constitute part of a wider Building Management System within Data Centers. You will work closely with Engineering Manager and the Commissioning teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

What will you do?
- Drive customer relationship and proactively communicate (executive summary, emails, call, meeting).
- Establish key relationships with all project relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake technical reviews of customer drawing and specifications.
- Monitor and control engineering deliverable progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects.
- Ensure full & effective reporting of project progress & status to management
- Manage Project Risks & Opportunities associated with the engineering deliverables by assessing, identifying, mitigating and controlling any potential situations that could impact (negatively or positively) the performance of the project.
- Work with the Engineering Manager to obtain Variation Orders for any deviation from the contractual scope.
- Mitigate any source of conflict with customer or internal stakeholders throughout the project installation phase.
What qualifications will make you successful?
In this role practical experience will carry a high weighting than formal qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' of work experience in BMS, HVAC, or Industrial Controls / Automation.
- Able to review and implement changes in control logic, Sequence of Operation (SOO)
- Experience in performing commissioning duties
- Knowledge of software, PLC and SCADA
- Knowledge of Modicon PLCs and EcoStruxure Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro) and Citect SCADA is preferred but not a must
- Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
- Position is to be base at client’s site
- Able to commit to fixed term contract
