Position Overview
This position is intended for a candidate who will become one of our primary patient communication specialists. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly convey a range of concepts to different types of clients and feel comfortable presenting and selling treatment plans recommended by our doctors. You will receive comprehensive training on our services and how to address any questions patients may have. However, a natural ability to connect with others and a high level of positive energy are essential for this role. Our team works hard, but we also make sure to enjoy the process.
As a clinic assistant, you will also need to assist on the treatment floor with patients. This will require some physical activity, especially during busy periods, and you will be trained on all necessary tasks.
