Job Description
· Coordinate with customers, suppliers and external partners for any office and operational matters.
· Responsible for Office Maintenance (e.g., ordering of office supplies/equipment and pantry items, repairs).
· Perform daily administrative duties, including handling of correspondence and answering and screening of phone calls.
· Arrange and coordinate meetings whenever required and take minutes.
· Manage staff's medical / annual leave records.
· First point of contact for all external visitors / guests.
· Assist in company projects.
· Take care of any travel arrangements including visa applications (if required).
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
· Business Administrative qualification preferred.
· Able to communicate and write effectively in English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients.
· Positive working attitude, resourceful and strong interpersonal skills.
