Responsibilities
- Manage admin and customer service job responsibility, manage and improve the work flow to give strong sales support to engineering sales team.
- Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment and facilities.
- Assist accountant to prepare payment and data entry.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Relevant.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel, and other MS applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
