Role : Project Admin/Admin Executive
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of administrative experience is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word, etc) is a must
- Must have working experience in performing daily administrative duties needed.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Job duties:
- Perform daily administrative duties.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.
- Managing document workflow, organizing, filing, retrieving of documents, maintain database and file records.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
