Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings and welcoming new clients in order to find possible trade routes and provide the company with both domestic and international freight services.
- Efficient preparation for carrying out sales presentations through in-person client meetings every day.
- Using cold calling, networking, and research to find and qualify potential clients.
- When present, give expert talks or demonstrations of the company's local and international freight services. communicating with customers to provide them with the most recent trade route launches and freight pricing. delivering quotes to clients on time and as needed.
- Keeping tact, diplomacy, sensitivity, and professionalism in order to present a favorable image of the company.
- Keeping the customer master file up to date and accurate, including contact information such as names and numbers on the company's shared drive.
- Preparing sales pipeline reports and maintaining accurate expense accounts through weekly sales meeting report to managing director.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or Business related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years Sales experience or Customer service in Logistic/Shipping/Freight
- Strong customer service, effective communication/presentation skills and good business analytical skills.
