Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Greet guests and present them with the menu
• Inform guests about special items and menu changes
• Ensure adequate mis-en-place for the side station
• Suggest food and beverage options to guests and upsell when possible
• Understand and communicate available products, services, and promotional items
• Take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure prompt service
• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Maintain high standards of hospitality within all F&B areas
• Coordinate with Cashier, Kitchen staff, and team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Monitor guest satisfaction with food and service, responding promptly to additional requests
• Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses
• Prepare simple beverages for service to customers' table
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Assist with stocking and maintaining restaurant stock levels
• Serve as Cashier when required
• Open and close shifts
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant, such as answering telephones and performing cleaning tasks as directed by the Supervisor
• Fill in for absent staff as needed and work harmoniously as part of a team
• Participate in job rotations and other ad-hoc duties as necessary
