Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer service.
- Collaborate with the Company's airfreight department to streamline processes and decrease wastage.
- Responsible for the implementation of new business.
- Be aware of the customer's requirements and take the initiative in implementing the business.
- Establishes a continuous learning culture and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure that employees are educated on the necessary skills to perform their duties and achieve operational excellence.
- Responsible for the team's annual appraisal.
- Maintaining the training records of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the airfreight / logistics / transportation industries
- Leadership Skills Experience
- Customer fronting/engagement experience preferred.
