Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day shipping administrative tasks.
- Assist in prepare shipping documents and follow up shipment date
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Verifying and reconciling invoices and receipts.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to office and financial activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Administrative
- Jave shipping related working experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
