Responsibilities
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
- Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
- Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
- Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
- Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
- Well verse in problem solving skills
- At least 10 years experience in semiconductor foundry related field
- Posses analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept is required
- Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
- Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
- Able to commit day / night shift work
