Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed market research and customer analysis within the educational industry to identify emerging trends and needs. Focus on areas such as the intelligent upgrade of office software for teaching, research, and educational administration, as well as customer port learning systems. Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance internal work efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Convert customer requirements into detailed product solutions and roadmaps, providing a solid foundation for senior management decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure the effective development and implementation of products.
Requirements:
- Focus on the development of software and applications (excluding games and cybersecurity).
- Experience in customer service and coordination between product development, sales teams, and customer feedback to deliver effective product solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
