Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication and Demand Collection: Drive business development by identifying opportunities, guiding demand, facilitating technical discussions, designing and customizing solutions, and analyzing competitors.
- After-Sales Service and Follow-Up: Provide technical support to FS customers post-sale, manage key customer services and channels, conduct pre-sales testing, oversee project implementation, troubleshoot issues, and plan and summarize customer service activities.
- Project Coordination: Manage internal and external resources—such as technology, sales, R&D, and service providers—to ensure projects progress smoothly. Address technical or business issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud data centers or campus networks, with the ability to plan and deploy high-availability and scalable network solutions.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with configuring and optimizing various network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, SSH, VRRP, STP, NetConf, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell), with a proven ability to enhance network operation and maintenance efficiency through automation.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex network environments and using network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) for performance monitoring and problem resolution.
- Candidates with network-related certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE will be given preference.
