The main purpose of the role:
To be responsible for the patching and vulnerability management of all Windows Server, VMWare ESXi.

Job Description
- System Administration of Windows/VMWare environment:
- Knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Servers, VMWare ESXi (Must Have)
- Knowledge of Active Directory Management (OU/GPO/Forest and domain config, etc)
- Hyper-V / Vmware - Deployment and management of hyper V VMs (Must Have)
- Patch management and Vulnerability Management (Must Have)
- Troubleshooting skills in OS & VMWare related issues (Must Have)
- Extensive Experience in ESXi patching.
- Experience with Patch management tools like BigFix, SCCM, etc.
- Perform Patch assessment and recommend/plan deployment.
- Experience in Automation of Pre and Post patching tasks.
- Hand-on knowledge of various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5, etc.) ( Should have basic knowledge)
- Knowledge of Clustering (geo cluster, multimode passive/active) ( Should have basic knowledge)
- Bios upgrades and firmware upgrades.
- Knowledge of server management tools
- Log monitoring/maintenance
Skills Required
- 6-9 years of Experience in Windows System Administration
- The candidate should have worked in an SLA-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented, and constantly changing environment
- Able to work on weekends as per Roster and perform On-call support (during weekdays) as and when needed.
