SWIMWERKS ACADEMY is expanding! We're scouting for talented individuals to join our growing team, specializing in Learn to Swim Programs for children and Professional Courses for adults.


SWIMWERKS ACADEMY IS LOOKING FOR goal-oriented, career-driven individuals who are results-focused team players.


Responsibilities:

  • The candidate shall drive the entire B2C / B2B sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure, and after sales
  • Follow up with leads / sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
  • Network, build, maintain relationship with customers and prospects
  • Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcomes for the delivery of Instructors
  • Resolve customers’ feedback, enquiries, and provide solutions
  • Preparing tender documents, submission of tender & negotiating contracts
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop strategies, Implement innovative ideas, fostering partnerships and outreach efforts to drive growth & revenue for the company
  • Apply your analytical skills in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and initiatives aligning with Swimwerks Academy's growth objectives
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales is preferred
  • Confident & fearless mentality
  • Have the Hunter & Farmer attributes in you
  • Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
