Job summary
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Executive to assist with the selling of our Test & Measurement Instruments, Climatic Chambers, Calibration products and Engineering Services. His/her responsibilities include seeking for new customers, maintaining product knowledge, functions and assisting to close sales.

Duties & Responsibilities
To be successful as a sales engineer / executive, you should have knowledge of our company's products and services and relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. Self-driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Provides support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven sales experience or relevant role
- Dynamic, adaptive person with a passion for sales
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative-taking with a purposeful approach
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or related software.
- Proficiency in English or any other languages is an added advantage.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma / Higher National Diploma
- 1-3 years sales experience needed.
