Responsible in controlling the day-to-day operations of the Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) managed by the respective business unit and 3rd Party's OSV. To ensure the smooth and effective safe operations of the Company’s vessels, ensuring that all safety and regulatory obligations are fully complied the course of delivering the most efficient and cost effective solutions to our clients.
- Responsible for navigation standards on board
- Ensure that vessels meet all obligations under the charter parties' agreements in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor vessels' planned maintenance system
- Ensure that vessels comply with statutory and class requirements, that vessels' statutory and class certificates
- Approval of all vessel's stores, spares, and consumables
- Approval of agent and agency appointment
- Manage and control overseas entities on operational matters
- Participate in accident/incident investigation and team accident/incident review
- Maintain and implement Company's EnHSEMS and charterers' requirements
- Monitor and control the allocated budget for the fleet
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITIONS:
- Degree in Marine/offshore field is preferred
- Master Class 1 Certificate of Competency
