Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization
· Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
· Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation
· Track and analyse training metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
· Recommend and implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data
· Work with internal trainers and external vendors to deliver training programs
· Assist in managing the training budget, including cost tracking and vendor negotiations
· Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and evaluation results
· Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
· High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
