Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the hotel, adhering to established standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of housekeeping services to all hotel guests.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic upkeep of hotel rooms, floors, F&B units, public areas, offices, back-of-house services, and staff areas.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet the department's standards and protocols.
  • Coordinate the daily tasks of room attendants and public area cleaners to maintain a seamless operation.
  • Monitor the performance of staff across departments to ensure quality work in alignment with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to address and resolve any defects or repair needs within guest rooms.
  • Maintain inventory of linen and bathroom supplies, ensuring pantries are well-stocked.
  • Handle and manage any lost items reported by guests, ensuring proper protocol is followed.
  • Foster effective communication within the Housekeeping Department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
