- Position Title: Production & Operations Manager
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate events and exhibitions.
- Manage and oversee the overall production and operations timelines, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.
- Supervise vendors and logistic agencies to ensure all deliverables meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Conduct cost negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers to optimize budget and resources.
- Handle project operations planning and administration, including pre-event preparation, onsite execution, and post-event closure.
- Facilitate internal communications with projects and design divisions to ensure cohesive team execution.
- Lead production management activities from fabrication to on-site setup, including supervising the setup and management of events and exhibitions.
- Oversee and manage the dismantling phase of projects, ensuring efficiency and order.
- Proactively address any issues that arise and troubleshoot problems during setup and on the event day.
- Coordinate risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain process management documentation.

- At least 3 years in set building production and operations management, specifically for premium lifestyle events and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in understanding AutoCAD layouts and technical production plans is essential.
- Ability to understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
- Ability to produce timeline and production schedule.
- Experience in set construction and familiarity with the electrical requirements for events and exhibitions.
